Tony Khoo, a leader in facility management with over 30 years of industry experience. Currently serving as CEO of EM Services, Tony oversees EM Services and its group of subsidiaries.

His commitment to facilities management is evident through his role as Immediate Past President of the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA). He actively promotes the recognition and development of this profession and co-chairs the FM Implementation Committee, driving industry transformation.
He also co-authored “”Township Management In Singapore – Sharing Professional Practices”” in 2018 and holds various professional accreditations, including IFMA Fellow, Certified Facility Manager (CFM), and Facility Management Professional (FMP). He’s also a qualified trainer in these fields.

Tony’s journey has taken him through leadership roles at renowned organisations like One Marina Property Services Pte Ltd, Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, and UGL Premas Limited. His academic foundation includes a First-Class Honours in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and an MBA from New Zealand.

His contributions have earned him a slew of accolades, including the Medal of Commendation in 2023 from NTUC, the FM Industry Leader Recognition Award in 2022 from SIFMA, and the IFMA Fellow title in 2022. He is also a SkillsFuture Fellowship Award recipient in 2021 for promoting lifelong learning.

With a diverse employment history and active engagement in industry associations and initiatives, Tony Khoo continues to shape and elevate the real estate and facilities management sectors.

Beyond his professional role, Tony is a keen sport person. He runs, swims and cycles regularly to keep himself fit. In 2018, Tony was one of the top 3 finishers for EM’s 30th anniversary 30 km run.
