The Excellence Service Award (EXSA) by Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) is an annual National Award to celebrate retail workers who practice exemplary quality customer service. Last week at the Awards Ceremony, SRA honoured workers from 130 companies for their passionate and hard-working retail service.

Among those were our EM colleagues who clinched a total of 3 Star, 15 Gold and 23 Silver wins. Heartiest congratulations to our EM Family who have and will continue to shine with all their passion and excellent customer service.
