On 29 November 2019, EM Services and The Singapore Manual & Mercantile Workers’ Union (SMMWU) signs MOU to set up the Company Training Committee (CTC) to facilitate employees’ training initiatives.

EM places great emphasis on training and upgrading our staff in all roles, preparing all individuals for the transformation in the industry and towards building a competent, sustainable and future-ready workforce.

This partnership would see the close collaboration between all parties and relevant stakeholders, in the operationalisation of training programs and processes driven by the CTC.
